In an effort to support the environment, filtered water stations are located on every guest floor, next to the elevators.

Climate controls

Operation the Thermostat

• ON/OFF – Reset the unit by cycling the power

• F/C – Toggle display between Fahrenheit and Celsius

• Fan – Adjust fan speed

• Up/Down Arrows - Use these buttons to set the thermostat to the desired temperature

Note - The temperature displayed on the unlit LCD screen is the temperature sensed in the room. Between 9 am -7 pm the thermostat sensor will shut the unit down if it doesn't sense movement in the room for (30) consecutive minutes.

If you are not satisfied with the temperature in your room, please call Guest Services or text the front desk and we will send our House Engineer to assist you.

Ice Machine

Ice machines are located on most guest floor (excluding the 4th and 15th floor), in the middle hallway.

Vending Machine

Vending machines are located on most guest floor (excluding the 4th and 15th floor), in the middle hallway.

And yes, they do accept credit cards!

Laundry Services

Laundry service is available daily, including same-day service. Orders received before 8:30 AM should be returned by 6:30 PM.

Simply place your clothing in the bag provided inside your room, fill out the laundry slip and drop it at the front desk. Alternatively, you call Park Plaza Services to request pick up.

Mini-Fridge & Microwave

For your convenience, most guest rooms have a mini-fridge. Complimentary microwaves and additional mini-fridges are available upon request, and are based on availability.

Please call Guest Services or text the front desk to send one to your room.

Coffee & Tea

Every room has a Keurig Coffee Maker located in the credenza.

For additional supplies, call Guest Services or text the front desk and we will send it to your room.

Starbucks is conveniently located in our lobby, by the valet entrance.

Safe Instructions

Safes are located in each guest room.

To set your passcode, enter a numeric code and press the button "LOCK".

To open your locked safe, enter the numeric passcode you previously entered.

To reset your safe, contact the front desk and we'll send our security team to assist.

To dial another room:

If the room has 4 digits, dial 7 + room number.

If the room has 5 digits, dial the room number.

If the room is above 100 (regardless of the number of digits), dial 6 + room

To dial local or domestic:

Dial 91 + number
